Plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategies to:
-Acquire new clients
-Grow the company’s business with existing clients
-Identify viable new business opportunities and income streams.
-Set SMART objectives for sales and marketing and work with other members of the team to ensure they are met.
-Identify new sales leads and potential clients through research and social media platforms
-Carry out marketing campaigns and communicate new property developments to potential clients.
-Advertise and get clients for short stay at Makprote Apartments.
– Be able to bring up innovative ideas to make a difference in a highly competitive property market. Develop sales strategies for various properties and sites.
-Candidates already into real estate will have added advantage.
Minimum Qualification: BSc/HND
